Online registration is credit card only. CASE accepts Visa, Mastercard. Prices display in your selected preferred currency.

Qualification for the member rate requires that your institution is a current CASE member. As long as your individual account is linked to your employer, the member price will display for you throughout the CASE website automatically. If the member price does not display, reach out to our member support team and they can review the status of your account.

To ensure your name appears in all on-site materials and any special requests are reviewed, CASE must receive your registration no later than seven (7) business days prior to the start date of the conference. You may still register after the deadline if space is available.

Your registration is complete when payment is received in full. Occasionally conferences fill to capacity before the registration deadline date, so we encourage you to register early.

Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the registrant. Do not book your travel arrangements until you have received a registration confirmation (receipt of payment). CASE is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines or travel agents.
